Sakamoto Elementary School

The school district added additional parking and drop-off facilities to the site to help relieve traffic congestion in the neighborhood. Additionally, an after-school program’s portable buildings were relocated and the kindergarten classes received a new relocated playground. Of critical concern to the district and community was that the campus be made to feel more inviting and travel by foot, bike, and car be made safer.
