Mercy Housing

A private non-profit owns and operates this low income multi-family housing property. They renovated the properties at-grade and on-structure exterior common spaces to make them more colorful and inviting with new plantings and site furnishings. Of particular concern was the installation of “privacy screens” for units that looked directly out onto the shared second story courtyard space.
