Renovation of an existing planting, planters, and hardscape along the Castro Street frontage of an existing Art Moderne office building with nautical motifs. The design plays on the nautical architecture with references to the nearby Permanente Creek which Kaiser Permanente takes its name from through the use of boulders, gravels, stainless steel “waves”, and native drought tolerant plantings.
